- James Armstrong Added March 13, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service isint to bad, however I have never seen such a poor app in my life. Every time I open the banking app I am told the app needs an “update”, and the servers are constantly down. The issue has been going on for over a year, even the employees agree with me it’s a total disaster. Typically I was left without access to my funds due to the technical issues associated with the horrible app. As a result I left the bank and have never looked back. Poor management and quiet frankly they couldn’t be bothered in over a year to fix the issue. Don’t be lured in with their deals/ interest rates because you won’t be able to access your money most of the time anyway.
